2019 - 2020 Intermediate Program

Intermediate Academy Program:
Between our Developmental Program (U4-U7) and the Competitive Program (starting at U11) we have a bridge program called Academy which begins to prepare players who want to join the competitive program when they turn 10 or 11. The focus begins to change to team play, strategy, higher level individual skill development, and higher level soccer.  Features include paid coaches, more weekly training sessions, games both in and out of the Evergreen area (away typically on the front range), development of players for the competitive level, developing teams to turn competitive when they reach the U11 level.  The club is dedicated to finding the right mix of team, individual, competition and fun. Coaches are paid and have expectations for professionalism and developing players and teams.

DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAMS

Intermediate Academy

Intermediate Academy Program Boys and Girls (U8 – U10; 2010 – 2012 Birth Years)

All inclusive fees of this program include 2 tournaments in the Spring, a camp in the Spring, as well as training, games, and School of Excellence.

A major focus of the Academy curriculum is that each player must come out of the Academy Program mastering the technical curriculum of Mountain Rush.” These areas of technical training throughout the U8-U10 years prepares a player technically for the 11v11 game and sets player’s up to be successful individually as they progress in the game. The Academy Program offers additional training as a member of the club in the form of The Elite Players Academy, Juggling sessions, and opportunities to play or train with other teams in the program to gain additional touches on the ball.

All academy players will receive the School Of Excellence. As a member of Mountain Rush Intermediate Academy Program we have one focus and that is to develop a player technically. We have built a proven model that will provide players the technical training to be able to succeed in the sport. We want players to begin playing the game with a style of play and to be able to be creative and confident on the field. The foundation of the club is within the Academy Program and we dedicate time, resources and top staff to prepare these players for the future. The U8-U10 (2012-2010) Birth years ages we foster individuals learning and exploring the game. If players are developed then results will naturally take care of themselves in the time frame needed and will come when results are a priority for the team and the club.

OUR PRIORITY IS THE DEVELOPMENT OUR PLAYERS
WE ARE DEDICATED TO INDIVIDUAL MASTERY OF THE TECHNICAL SKILLS OF THE GAME.
