Jarod had been coaching goalkeepers for Big Cat Goalkeeping and numerous clubs/colleges in Illinois for 7 years before moving to Aurora to get his Master’s degree in Physicians Assistant Studies. His passion for goalkeeping involves providing goalkeepers weekly clips from current EPL games to not only teach players to learn how to watch the game, but to learn to analyze why the professional goalkeeper makes a save or concedes. He believes the holistic training of a goalkeeper, prioritizing game IQ, is more important than solely training a goalkeeper’s agility/reactions. He lives in Aurora with his wife, Amanda. Jarod’s favorite team is Manchester United.
